Terms & Conditions

Payment:

All reservations need to be guaranteed with valid credit card details. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. Your credit card will be charged for any additional costs incurred due to breaches in our term & conditions. Failure to supply details can result in the cancellation of the booking without notification.


Cancellations:

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the accommodation charge. Bookings made between December 21 and January 31 require full payment at the time of booking and payment is non-refundable, this applies for school holidays Long weekends and other peak periods. Bookings made through a 3rd party need to be cancelled through that party. Please note during special event periods and public holidays, additional cancellation fee’s may be enforced. Please speak with the reservations staff to clarify the conditions of your booking.


No Smoking:

Coachman’s Eden is a non-smoking motel. Smoking is not permitted in any room or within 4 metres of the restaurant building or entrances. Guests in breach of this policy will be charged a cleaning fee. Heavy fines apply in accordance to the NSW Smoke-Free Environment Act.


Pets:

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $15 per pet per night. Please contact reception to make sure you are allocated into a pet friendly room.


Cleaning Fee:

We reserve the right to charge up to a $350 fee for room sanitation and deodorising. This includes additional cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and non-selling of the room due to excess cleaning. This will apply with evidence of in room smoking, fish &/or bait in rooms, cooking in rooms (except use of tea, coffee, toaster & microwave provided).


Property Damage:

Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room or group booking. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.


Lost or stolen keys:

Lost or stolen keys will incur a $200 fee. Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to their credit card.


Privacy Policy:

Security of your personal information
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfil our obligations to you. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary. In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988).
